| Notice to all HEA Members: EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the Home Education Association, Inc. ABN: 98 261 801 288 Incorporated Association: 98 75 957 Notice authorised by the Secretary, Ruth Easton. 21 days notice is being given to the Members that an Extraordinary General Meeting is to be held. This EGM is to fulfil the remaining legislative annual requirements for the Home Education Association, Inc. The SGM held on 4 May 2019 was for an election of a management committee and fulfilled HEA Constitution points 26 and 51.3 legally by a Court Order of the NSW Supreme Court. The remaining constitutional points at section 51 address the financial and committee reports, previous minutes and any other business normally conducted at an AGM. This EGM will fulfil those remaining annual requirements. |
